1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the i77 website, downloading the i77 mobile app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. i77 will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to ask for your password, OTP code, or payment credentials. Any message asking for this information is not from i77 and should be treated as a phishing attempt.

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on i77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform accepts deposits via the following methods:

• GCash (via verified GCash account)
• Maya (via verified Maya account)
• Philippine online banking and bank transfer

Deposits are credited to your i77 account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — most e-wallet deposits reflect quickly, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

i77 does not accept deposits made by credit card, debit card linked to a credit facility, or any form of cryptocurrency. Only the payment methods listed above are valid for funding your account.

You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted and may trigger account review.

5 Betting Rules and Wagers

All bets placed on i77 are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, reverse, or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. Before confirming any wager, make sure you have reviewed the selection, odds, and stake amount carefully.

In the event of a technical error — such as a system fault that results in incorrect odds being displayed or a game malfunctioning — i77 reserves the right to void affected bets. Where bets are voided due to a platform error, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where the method supports withdrawals. Withdrawals are paid out in Philippine Peso to your verified GCash account, Maya account, or Philippine bank account registered under your name.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals requested before KYC is complete will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

i77 may offer bonuses, promotions, free credits, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus manipulation — is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and account closure.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

i77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions or that the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, i77 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

Voluntary account closure requests will be processed once any pending withdrawal requests have been completed and outstanding wagering requirements (if any) have been resolved.

11 Limitation of Liability

i77 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect platform availability.

i77 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity to place a bet, or financial loss arising from:

• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
